Data Protection and Backups
While we take reasonable care during service delivery, customers remain solely responsible for backing up data before services are performed.
We are not responsible for:
- Data loss
- Corrupted files
- Software failures
- Business interruption resulting from service activities
Remote Support Authorization
By requesting remote support, you authorize us to:
- Access your device remotely.
- View and interact with files, settings, and software necessary to provide support.
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
We will only access information required to complete the requested service.
Third-Party Products and Services
Services may involve third-party software, hardware, cloud platforms, or vendors.
We do not guarantee:
- Third-party product performance
- Availability of external services
- Continued support from third-party providers
Payment Terms
- Payment is due according to invoice terms.
- Late payments may result in service suspension.
- Outstanding balances may be referred for collection where legally permitted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including:
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Loss of data
- Loss of goodwill
Termination
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice unless a separate service contract specifies otherwise.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
